Since 1999, we have been connecting people from across the European Union with jobs in production, logistics and technical industries. For companies, this means access to potential colleagues who can sometimes be difficult to find in the Dutch labour market.

The people we recruit leave behind their homes, families and familiar surroundings to make a fresh start in another country. Taking such a big step deserves care and attention. Pileo takes responsibility for becoming like family, and we go the extra mile to make that happen. At Pileo, we believe in building relationships that last. Many of our clients have been with us for years – on average, for more than 15 years. These longstanding relationships allow us to truly understand our clients, their organisations and their needs. Combined with our extensive industry network and strong relationships with local authorities, this creates a solid foundation we can build on together.

Our history

For years, we've chosen humanity. And we go all the way in that, because it's the only way we can push boundaries together.

1999

With years of knowledge and experience in the metal and recycling industry, the foundation is laid from the Kempen region for an organisation connecting people from various EU countries with Dutch employers. From the very beginning, the combination of expertise, a strong network and insight into the labour market forms the basis of our services.

2000

As one of the first organisations in the industry, we built a recruitment structure from our own office in Poland. This laid the foundation for international recruitment of qualified technical and production staff.

2004

Flex Logies Meijel: With the opening of Flex Logies Meijel in 2004, we took an important step in our development. Driven by the growing need for good housing for workers, this location was created where living, working and wellbeing come together. This step helped lay the foundation for the further growth and professionalisation of our services.

2009

Together with the municipality of Eersel and housing association De Zaligheden, the Flex Logies concept is realised, making us an early pioneer in responsible housing for labour migrants.

2020

With the opening of the Flex Campus, we introduce a new standard in housing, with self-contained studios, shared facilities and attention to liveability. The Flex Campus is realised without objections from the surrounding area, thanks to close collaboration with the neighbourhood, municipality and other stakeholders.

2026

Metaal Flex grows from a specialist in technical and production staffing into a broader organisation. The new name Pileo reflects this development and future vision.
