Production employees work in sectors such as food, packaging and plastics processing, often in shifts. Flexibility and perseverance matter more here than a specific qualification. Think of tasks like operating machinery, checking quality or assembling components. Due to constant demand for production staff, there are plenty of vacancies across the Netherlands, especially during peak production periods within the manufacturing industry.
