Our human approach
We don’t believe in simply filling vacancies as quickly as possible. We believe in building lasting relationships, with people who stay for years because they genuinely want to. Our international team of recruiters gets to know the company and searches across the whole EU for the candidate who fits the role.
From the very first contact, we prepare candidates for working and living in the Netherlands. From preparing for the move to the Netherlands, to the first day of work and the guidance that follows: we always give the personal attention that's needed. This is how we carefully build lasting employment relationships, always keeping sight of the person behind the job.
Our strength
Combining work and housing is one of our strengths. From recruitment and personal support to accommodation, we handle everything ourselves. This allows us to respond quickly, maintain high standards and provide support whenever needed. We stay closely involved, offering protection and guidance while giving people the freedom to make their own choices.
Self-managed housing locations
Across our various housing locations, we provide accommodation for more than 500 employees. All homes are fully furnished, well maintained, SNF-certified and equipped with internet, with a strong focus on comfort, safety and quality of living. Transport, such as an (electric) bicycle or car, is also always available.
Is something missing or is there a problem? We aim to resolve it the same day whenever possible. With professional management, clear agreements and personal attention, we provide a comfortable place to call home.
The Flex Campus
One of our housing locations is the Flex Campus, a modern housing concept where comfort and liveability take centre stage. The campus has 120 fully furnished studios for two people. Each studio has its own kitchen and bathroom. There are also shared facilities such as a gym, BBQ area and beach club, where residents can meet, relax and build social connections.
Through the residents' committee, residents help shape their living environment. Together, we make agreements and work towards a pleasant place to live. We also regularly consult with local residents and other stakeholders in the area. This ensures mutual understanding, short lines of communication and good collaboration between residents, different nationalities and the neighbourhood.
Always personal guidance
A new start in another country sometimes comes with questions or challenges. That's why all our employees can reach out to us day and night, with questions about work, housing, transport, or, for example, help visiting a GP or dentist. We're here to help. No one has to face it alone. We believe people can truly thrive when they feel safe, valued and at home.
