Injection Moulder

For our client, we are looking for an experienced Injection Moulder to join the production team in Rijen. The client manufactures high-quality products using modern technologies and sustainable materials. In this position, you will independently operate, monitor, and adjust the complete injection moulding process to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent production.

  • Operating, monitoring, and adjusting injection moulding machines

  • Managing the complete injection moulding process during your shift

  • Monitoring moulds, robots, and auxiliary equipment

  • Identifying process deviations and making the necessary adjustments

  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within your area of responsibility

  • Completing production orders according to schedule and work instructions

  • Performing production activities according to quality and safety requirements

  • Coordinating the injection moulding process during your shift

  • Working with supporting departments to maintain a smooth production process

  • Ensuring a clear and accurate shift handover

Requirements

  • At least 1–2 years of experience as an Injection Moulder

  • Good understanding of injection moulding processes and equipment

  • Good English language skills

  • Strong focus on product and process quality

  • Able to independently monitor and adjust the production process

  • Able to take responsibility for the complete injection moulding process during your shift

  • Reliable and responsible in your work
