Coordinator
As a Coordinator, you're responsible for coordinating and guiding (international) employees at existing clients. You act as the connecting link between clients, employees and internal departments, ensuring the entire placement and guidance process runs smoothly.
You identify clients' staffing needs, keep job descriptions up to date, and work closely with clients to increase the success rate of placements. You also ensure a good introduction, guidance and evaluation of temporary staff throughout their assignment.
In this role, you combine organisational skills with strong communication skills, with an eye for both the human side of employee guidance and the business interests of the organisation.
