As an International Recruiter at Pileo, you find and connect talent from across Europe. You guide candidates through the entire recruitment process, build a strong international network and make sure the right people are matched with the right companies.
Taken
- Create and publish job vacancies on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Review CVs and applications, screen candidates and assess whether they are a good fit for the role.
- Interview potential candidates from different cultural and language backgrounds.
- Check candidate references when needed.

Work with external recruitment agencies and headhunters to find suitable candidates.
- Reach out to candidates.
- Agree on partnership terms together with the Operations Manager.
- Manage progress.
- Manage talent pools and stay in touch with potential candidates for future job openings.
- Proactively track recruitment data and results to measure and improve the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
- Stay up to date with developments in the international job market and advise colleagues and candidates accordingly.
- Carry out employer branding activities to strengthen Pileo’s image as an attractive employer.
Job requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative.
- Genuinely interested in others.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
- Extensive knowledge of the international job market and the laws and regulations related to hiring international employees.
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently, take initiative and make decisions in a fast-changing environment.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Commercial mindset with a strong drive to succeed.
- Valid driving licence (category B).
