We confirm your application and review your CV. Within 2 days, we'll give you a short call to see if there's a match and check that expectations align.

If both sides feel positive, we schedule an in-depth introduction via video call to discuss everything, both your profile and what you can expect from us.

If we're still both positive after the introduction, we'll introduce you to our client(s). We may also arrange a (digital) introduction meeting with the client for you.

As soon as we receive a positive response, we'll get in touch with you as quickly as possible and make you an offer that fits the role and the client's salary structure.

Together, we'll make sure you have all the documents needed to work in the Netherlands. Pileo ensures all paperwork is arranged before you start. We can also help you find your way around the Netherlands, for example with health insurance.

Depending on how quickly you can start, we'll plan your first start date together. You'll also receive the contact details of your fixed points of contact.
