CNC Operator

For our client, we are looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join the production team in Veldhoven. The client manufactures high-precision mechanical components, modules, and complete products. In this position, you will operate 5-axis CNC machining centers and ensure that products are manufactured according to the required specifications and quality standards.

  • Operating 5-axis CNC machining centers

  • Loading and unloading products

  • Operating CNC machines according to established procedures

  • Monitoring the machining process and identifying deviations

  • Performing visual and manual quality inspections

  • Measuring products using dial indicators, micrometers, calipers, measuring pins, gauges, and height gauges

  • Resolving minor machine issues

  • Performing basic machine maintenance

  • Recording production quantities and deviations in the ERP system

  • Keeping machines and the work area clean and organized

Offer

  • Salary of € 20.76 bruto per hour

  • Stable, long-term employment

  • 2-shift working schedule between 06:00 and 23:00

  • Shift rotation: 5 day shifts followed by 2 days off, then 5 evening shifts followed by 3 days off

  • Good, well-maintained accommodation

Requirements

  • At least 1–2 years of relevant CNC machining experience

  • Experience operating 5-axis CNC machining centers is required; 3-axis experience alone is not sufficient

  • Experience with manual measurement tools, including dial indicators, micrometers, calipers, measuring

  • pins, gauges, and height gauges

  • Good English language skills

  • Able to work independently and take responsibility for your work

  • Strong focus on quality and accuracy

  • Reliable and willing to work according to the required shift schedule
